Conducted extensive trial court motion practice in New York State court system, including successful summary judgment motions, motions, and appeal submissions for divorce decree, enforcing visitation rights in sister states, change of child support, suspension of child support, change of child custody, and enforcing separation agreement.

Corporate Law: Significant experience in corporate transactions including forming new business entities, business and tax planning, and negotiating and drafting prospectus, stock purchase agreement, underwr iting agreement, credit agreement, employment agreement, licensing agreement, and royalty agreement.
